摘要
目的研究系统化整体护理的护理模式在心力衰竭患者护理中的临床价值。方法随机抽取于我院治疗符合心力衰竭诊断的患者200例进行此次试验研究,时间为2018年3月至2019年7月,试验中患者分别采用了不同的护理模式,研究人员据此将患者平分为观察组和对照组两组,各有患者100例。观察组患者行系统化整体护理,对照组患者行心力衰竭患者常规护理,观察患者的临床效果。结果结果可知,患者的心功能情况在护理前差异无显著性(P>0.05);试验中经过各自的护理后,患者的心功能情况都发生了明显的改善,且观察组患者的改善程度要明显大于对照组患者(P<0.05);而且在患者护理结束后分析其生活质量可知,观察组患者的生活质量总体要优于对照组患者,有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,观察组患者的总依从性为95.00%(95/100),总满意率为93.00%(93/100),对照组患者的总依从性为75.00%(75/100),总满意率为73.00%(73/100),观察组患者要显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对心力衰竭患者采用系统化整体护理可以明显的改善患者的心功能情况,提高患者治疗后的生活质量,从而增强患者的治疗依从性和治疗满意率。
Objective To study the clinical value of systemic holistic nursing model in nursing patients with heart failure.Methods From March 2018 to July 2019,200 patients with a diagnosis of heart failure were randomly selected for this experiment.The patients used different modes of care.The researchers divided the patients into observation groups and control groups accordingly.There were 100 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group underwent systemic overall care,and patients in the control group underwent routine care for patients with heart failure to observe the clinical effects of the patients.Results The results showed that there was no significant difference in cardiac function between patients before nursing,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the respective nursing in the experiment,the patient's cardiac function had significantly improved,and the improvement degree of the patients in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);and after analyzing the patient's quality of life after analysis,it was found that the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the patients in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);in addition,the total compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 95.00%(95/100),the total satisfaction rate was 93.00%(93/100),and the total compliance rate of patients in the control group was 75.00%(75/100),the total satisfaction rate was 73.00%(73/100),the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion From this we can know that the use of systemic holistic care for patients with heart failure can significantly improve the patient's heart function and the quality of life of patients after treatment,thereby enhancing the patient's compliance and satisfaction rate.
