摘要
目的探讨护理干预联合药罐疗法对骨性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法选取茂名市中医院2019年7月—2021年8月期间收治的120名骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同随机分为对照组和研究组,2组均接受药罐疗法,对照组给予常规护理,研究组患者采取加强护理进行干预。观察比较2组患者疼痛情况、膝关节功能、生活质量评估、护理满意度及不良反应情况。结果研究组患者的VAS、WOMAC评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量优良率占比高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,不良反应发生情况低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨性关节炎患者在药罐疗法的基础上实施护理干预,可降低疼痛感,改善膝关节功能,提升生活质量,减少不良反应发生情况,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of nursing intervention combined with medicine cupping therapy on patients with osteoarthritis.Methods 120 patients with osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group according to the different nursing methods during the treatment process.Both groups received medicine cup therapy,the control group was given routine care on this basis,and the patients in the study group took intensive care for intervention on this basis.Observe and compare the pain,knee joint function,quality of life assessment,nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The VAS and WOMAC scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the premium rate of the quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group.The difference in data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out nursing intervention on the basis of medicine cup therapy for patients with osteoarthritis can reduce the pain of patients,improve knee joint function,improve the quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment process.It is worthy of wide promotion and application.
