微创内固定系统钢板结合微创经皮钢板内固定技术在股骨远端骨折中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Minimally Invasive Internal Fixation System Plate Combined with Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Internal Fixation Technology in the Treatment of Distal Femoral Fractures

摘要 目的:分析微创内固定系统钢板结合微创经皮钢板内固定技术在股骨远端骨折中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月厦门大学附属福州第二医院收治的60例股骨远端骨折患者,根据不同手术治疗方案分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组接受切开复位解剖钢板内固定术治疗,研究组接受微创内固定系统钢板结合微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗。比较两组手术情况、术后恢复情况及临床疗效。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及完全负重时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组优良率为83.33%,对照组为60.00%,研究组优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.67%,对照组为13.33%,两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.741,P>0.05)。结论:微创内固定系统钢板结合微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗股骨远端骨折的临床效果优于切开复位解剖钢板内固定术,可缩短患者术后恢复时间,且未增加术后并发症发生率,安全性良好。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of minimally invasive internal fixation system plate combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation in distal femoral fractures.Method:A total of 60 patients with distal femoral fractures admitted in Fuzhou Second Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into study group and control group according to different surgical treatment plans,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received open reduction anatomical plate internal fixation,and the study group received minimally invasive internal fixation system steel plate combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation technology.The surgical status,postoperative recovery and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time,and full weight bearing time in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after the operation,the excellent and good rate of the study group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was 6.67%in the study group and 13.33%in the control group,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.741,P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of minimally invasive internal fixation system plate combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation technology in the treatment of distal femoral fractures is better than open reduction and anatomical plate internal fixation,which can shorten the patients’postoperative recovery time without increasing postoperative complications rate,and safety is good.
