摘要
脑卒中的发生在我国居高不下,脑卒中后认知障碍作为常见且易被忽视的脑卒中并发症,给患者及患者家庭都带来沉重负担,且脑卒中后认知障碍具有可逆性,早期干预可延缓病情进展,有利于患者身心健康,值得临床投入更多研究与关注。目前西医治疗脑卒中后认知障碍效果不佳,因而针对这一现状寻求有效缓解患者认知障碍的治疗方法必不可少。文章通过检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed等数据库近10年针刺治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的临床研究,发现针刺作为中医特色疗法,历史悠久,安全绿色,治疗脑卒中后认知障碍临床效果明显,副作用少,患者接受度高。现将这些文献进行总结与阐述,旨在为临床治疗提供更多针刺治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的参考依据,以便于更加充分地发挥针刺治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的优势。
Apoplexy remains high in China.As a common and easily ignored apoplexy complication,post-stroke cognitive impairment brings a burden to patients and their families,and post-stroke cognitive impairment is reversible,early intervention can delay the progress of the disease and is conducive to the physical and mental health of patients,which is worthy of more clinical research and attention.At present,the effect of western medicine in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment is poor,so it is essential to find an effective treatment to alleviate patients’cognitive impairment.By searching clinical research on acupuncture treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke from the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed and so on in the past 10 years,this article finds that the acupuncture,as a characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,has a long history,is safe and green,has obvious clinical effect,few side effects and high patient acceptance in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment.Now these articles are summarized and expounded.The purpose is to provide more reference basis for acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment for clinical treatment,so as to give full play to the advantages of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment.
