摘要
目的探讨在妇科疾病患者诊断中通过应用化学发光法检测性激素六项的临床价值。方法选择80例妇科疾病患者作为观察组,80例体检健康女性作为对照组,两组受试者均于清晨收集空腹静脉血,应用全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪对其血清性激素六项进行检测,比较两组受试者的性激素六项[促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡雌激素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)以及孕酮(P)]水平,观察组中不同妇科疾病患者的性激素六项水平,对照组不同生理期性激素六项水平。结果观察组LH、FSH、PRL、T、P水平分别为(42.62±10.15)mIU/ml、(53.69±17.18)mIU/ml、(29.62±11.18)ng/ml、(71.62±13.95)ng/dl、(26.35±3.95)ng/ml,高于对照组的(13.16±3.69)mIU/ml、(21.53±3.16)mIU/ml、(18.06±2.03)ng/ml、(42.16±5.18)ng/dl、(14.16±2.06)ng/ml,E_(2)水平(71.26±11.19)pg/ml低于对照组的(611.08±395.26)pg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组更年期综合征患者的LH、FSH、P高于其他疾病患者,闭经溢乳患者的PRL、E_(2)高于其他疾病患者,不孕症患者的T高于其他疾病患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵泡期LH水平高于排卵期、黄体期、绝经期,绝经期FSH水平高于卵泡期、排卵期、黄体期,黄体期PRL、P水平高于卵泡期、排卵期、绝经期,排卵期E_(2)、T水平高于卵泡期、黄体期、绝经期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科疾病患者的诊断中通过应用化学发光法检测性激素六项可为疾病的临床诊断提供参考依据。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of six items of sex hormone detected by chemiluminescence method in the diagnosis of patients with gynecological diseases.Methods 80 patients with gynecological diseases were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Fasting venous blood was collected early in the morning from both groups,and their six items of sex hormone were measured using a fully automated electrochemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer.Comparison was made on levels of six items of sex hormone[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E_(2)),testosterone(T)and progesterone(P)]between the two groups,the levels of six items of sex hormone in patients with different gynecological diseases in the observation group,and the levels of six items of sex hormone in different physiological periods in the control group.Results In the observation group,the levels of LH,FSH,PRL,T and P were(42.62±10.15)mIU/ml,(53.69±17.18)mIU/ml,(29.62±11.18)ng/ml,(71.62±13.95)ng/dl,and(26.35±3.95)ng/ml,which were higher than(13.16±3.69)mIU/ml,(21.53±3.16)mIU/ml,(18.06±2.03)ng/ml,(42.16±5.18)ng/dl,and(14.16±2.06)ng/ml in the control group;the level of E_(2)(71.26±11.19)pg/ml was lower than(611.08±395.26)pg/ml in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the LH,FSH and P of patients with menopausal syndrome were higher than those of patients with other diseases,the PRL and E_(2)of patients with amenorrhea and galactorrhea were higher than those of patients with other diseases,and the T of patients with infertility was higher than those of patients with other diseases.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The LH level in the follicular phase was higher than that in the ovulatory phase,luteal phase,and menopausal phase;the FSH level in the menopausal phase was higher than that in the follicular,ovulatory,and luteal phases;the PRL and P levels in the luteal phase were higher than those in the follicular,ovulatory,and menopausal phases;the E_(2)and T levels in the ovulatory phase were higher than that in the follicular,luteal,and menopausal phases.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients with gynecological diseases,the detection of six items of sex hormones by chemiluminescence method can provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis of diseases.
