摘要
众所周知,在化工生产过程当中必须使用金属容器,而随着使用年限的增加,金属容器的寿命会慢慢降低。所以,无论何时实施生产,都必须对金属化工容器实施相应的检验,合理的排除一些生产的不安全因素,继而很好的保护生产人员的健康和生产的可持续进行。因此,本文以兰州新区化工企业为例,根据校企合作课证融合核心课程体系,了解化工容器安全作业的知识和技能,针对近些年来关于金属化工容器检验的研究进行分析以及总结,确定其不确定因素并给出合理的管理策略,希望能为后续国内化工生产工作的开展提供些许参考。
As we all know,metal containers must be used in the process of chemical production,and with the increase of service life,the service life of metal containers will gradually decrease.Therefore,whenever the production is carried out,the corresponding inspection must be carried out on the metal chemical containers to reasonably eliminate some unsafe factors in production,so as to protect the health of production personnel and the sustainable development of production.Therefore,taking the chemical enterprises in Lanzhou New Area as an example,according to the school enterprise cooperation course certificate integration core curriculum system,this paper understands the knowledge and skills of chemical container safety operation,analyzes and summarizes the research on metal chemical container inspection in recent years,determines its uncertain factors and gives reasonable management strategies,hoping to provide some reference for the follow-up development of domestic chemical production.
