摘要
为实现快速、安全、高分辨率的生物组织断层成像,研制了基于扫频OCT的激光扫描成像控制系统。系统以1310 nm中心波长的扫频激光光源为硬件基础,软件部分采用LabVIEW和MATLAB混合编程模式,可以实现样品的快速扫描以及数据高速提取,且开发周期短,可移植性强、维护简单。测试结果表明,系统实现了4 s内对100万个数据点的采集,分辨率达到10μm,成像深度可达2.3 mm,具备高速采集、显示、储存和高分辨率的三维成像等功能。
In order to achieve high-speed data acquisition and processing of scanning frequency OCT imaging system,a laser scanning imaging system based on scanning frequency OCT is developed.The system is based on a frequency swept laser light source with a central wavelength of 1310 nm,the software part of the system adopts the mixed programming mode of LabVIEW and MATLAB,and has an easy to operate interface,which realizes the rapid scanning of samples and high-speed data extraction.And the development cycle is short,the portability is strong,and the maintenance is simple.Experimental results show that the system realizes the acquisition of 1million data points in 4S,with a resolution of 10μm and an imaging depth of 2.3 mm,it can achieve high-speed acquisition,display,storage and high-resolution three-dimensional imaging,and the system has the characteristics of development cycle and strong portability.
