摘要
目的探析全程护理管理对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术患者术后康复的改善作用。方法选取2020年11月—2021年11月该院妇科工作的医务人员40名为研究对象,按照电脑随机分配方式将其分为两组,参比组20名医务人员应用基础护理管理,观察组20名医务人员应用全程护理管理。分析两组妇科医务人员管理后的妇科测评成绩、工作能力、满意度。结果管理后,观察组医务人员妇科测评成绩优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员工作能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员负责患者的满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妇科工作的医务人员进行管理时,使用全程护理管理能够丰富医务人员的相关知识,锻炼工作能力,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of whole-course nursing management on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods 40 medical staff Department of gynaecology in the hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the computer random allocation method.The reference group was 20 of medical staff applied basic nursing management,and 20 medical staff in the observation group applied whole-process nursing management.The gynecological assessment performance,work ability and satisfaction of different groups of gynecological medical staff after management were analyzed.Results After managing,the gynecological evaluation scores of the medical staff in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the medical staff in the observation group was stronger than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the medical staff responsible for the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff in gynecology,the use of whole-course nursing management can enrich the relevant knowledge of medical staff,exercise work ability,and improve satisfaction of patients.
