摘要 目的分析团队导向学习(TBL)结合多学科协作(MDT)教学模式在甲状腺疾病临床实习中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—9月在该院内分泌代谢科实习的40名医学生作为研究对象。采用随机分组方式分为研究组和对照组,每组20名。两组实习期间,研究组带教模式为TBL结合MDT模式,对照组带教模式为传统授课模式。对比两组实习生出科理论知识成绩、实践操作技能成绩及对带教模式的满意程度。结果研究组实习生平日考核成绩、期末考核成绩理论知识成绩、实际操作技能成绩及总成绩均优于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生教学措施、教学目标、教学积极性、教学结果评分均高于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生对教学方式总满意率高于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将TBL结合MDT教学模式应用于甲状腺疾病临床实习中的效果理想,可有效提高医学生出科成绩,可使医学生能够熟练掌握甲状腺疾病的理论知识及实践操作技能。 Objective To analyze the application effect of team-oriented learning(TBL)combined with multidisciplinary collaboration(MDT)teaching mode in thyroid disease clinical practice.Methods 40 medical students who practiced in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the hospital from January to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 20 students in each group.The teaching mode of the research group was TBL combined with MDT mode,and the teaching mode of the control group was the traditional teaching mode.The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills and satisfaction with the teaching mode were compared between the two groups of interns.Results The interns in the research group were better than the interns in the control group in terms of their daily assessment scores,final assessment scores,theoretical knowledge scores,practical skills scores and total scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching measures,teaching objectives,teaching enthusiasm and teaching results of the interns in the research group were higher than those of the interns in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the interns in the research group with the teaching method was higher than that of the interns in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TBL combined with MDT teaching mode in the clinical practice of thyroid disease has an ideal effect,which can effectively improve the medical students'grades,and enable medical students to master the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of thyroid disease.
