摘要
数字贸易已经成为全球贸易中增长最快的领域,也是未来国际贸易竞争力的重要体现。随着中国对数字经济和数字贸易重视程度的明显提升,国内数字经济快速发展,有力地促进了产业转型升级,而且带动了中国对外贸易高质量发展。同时,相关法律制度政策也在不断完善,并积极构建数字贸易规则。在构建双循环新发展格局背景下,对内应通过完善5G网络服务、数字平台服务、云计算存储服务和人工智能服务,推进区块链服务发展等方式促进内循环经济;对外则应推进“一带一路”沿线国家数字贸易发展和加快数字贸易试验区建设促进外循环经济,进而推动中国数字贸易发展,最终推动中国对外贸易高质量发展。
Digital trade has become the fastest growing field in global trade and is also a major manifestation of future international trade competitiveness.With the significant increase of China’s focus on digital economy and digital trade,the rapid development of the domestic digital economy has effectively promoted industrial transformation and upgrading,and has also driven the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade.At the same time,relevant legal systems and policies are constantly being improved,and digital trade rules are being actively established.Under the background of building a new development pattern of dual circulation,internally,we should promote the development of blockchain services by improving 5G network services,digital platform services,cloud computing storage services and artificial intelligence services to promote the internal circular economy;Externally,we should promote the development of digital trade in countries along the Belt and Road and accelerate the construction of digital trade pilot zones to promote the external circular economy,thereby promoting the development of China’s digital trade,and ultimately promoting the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade.
