加氢装置加热炉配管设计要点

摘要 加热炉作为加氢装置的重要组成部分,其合理的配管设计直接关系到装置的安全稳定运行。从加热炉及其附属设备的平面布置、进出口管道的设计(选材、管道布置、应力分析等)、燃料气管道以及蒸汽管道的设计等几个方面,系统地简要论述了加氢装置加热炉区的设计要点。 As an important part of hydrogenation unit,the reasonable pipe design of heating furnace is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the unit.In this paper,the design essentials of heating furnace area of hydrogenation unit were systematically discussed from the aspects of the layout of heating furnace and its auxiliary equipment,the design of inlet and outlet pipelines(material selection,pipeline layout,stress analysis,etc),the design of fuel gas pipeline and steam pipeline,etc.
