鼻背中线瘘管1例报道

摘要 1临床资料患者,女,24岁,右侧鼻背部反复流脓2月余。2019年8月患者曾因“右鼻背部反复破溃流脓”外院行右鼻背部囊肿切除,2020年1月因“右侧鼻背部反复流脓2月余”于我科入院,病程中伴右侧鼻背部肿胀、疼痛感,来我院门诊就诊予聚维酮碘溶液消毒、口服抗感染药物治疗,鼻背部肿胀有好转,仍有流脓,建议手术治疗,拟“右鼻背瘘管感染”收入。追问其母诉患者出生时病灶处既有一凹口,此次发病前无感染史。
