摘要
目的分析在儿童咳嗽痰热郁肺证治疗中予以“支炎一号”干预的临床效果。方法选取2020年12月—2021年5月在宜兴市中医医院儿科门诊就诊的150例儿童咳嗽痰热郁肺证患儿为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为两组,各75例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组则予以该院中医经典名方“支炎一号”治疗。对比观察两组患者在不同用药方案下的治疗效果、临床证候评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.33%高于对照组86.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.797,P=0.016)。治疗后对比两组证候评分,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.327、27.165、32.379、31.999,P<0.001)。对比两组患儿用药不良反应发生率,观察组(2.67%)显著低于对照组(14.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.822,P=0.009)。结论在儿童咳嗽痰热郁肺证治疗中予以“支炎一号”干预对比常规西药治疗效果更为理想,能够有助于患儿病症的改善,且用药安全性高。
Objective To analyze in the treatment of children with cough with phlegm heat and stagnation of the lung syndrome.The clinical effect of"Zhiyan No.1"intervention.Methods A total of 150 children with cough and phlegm-heat stagnation in the lung syndrome who were treated in the pediatric outpatient clinic of Yixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with the classic traditional Chinese medicine prescription"Zhiyan No.1"in the hospital.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients under different drug regimens were compared and observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.33%higher than that of the control group 86.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.797,P=0.016).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.327,27.165,32.379,31.999,P<0.001).Comparing the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups,the observation group was 2.67%significantly lower than the control group,14.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.822,P=0.009).Conclusion In the treatment of children with cough with phlegm-heat and stagnant lung syndrome,the"Zhiyan No.1"intervention is more effective than conventional western medicine,which can help improve the symptoms of children,and the medication is safe.
