摘要
目的 讨论针对性护理干预对改善高血压脑出血合并糖尿病患者术后并发症及预后的应用效果。方法随机选取2020年7月—2021年7月期间在该院接受手术治疗的116例高血压脑出血合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为比较组和对照组,每组58例,对照组患者术后护理方案为常规护理,观察组患者术后护理方案为针对性护理干预,比较其对患者术后并发症以及预后的干预效果。结果 观察组患者的术后并发症发生率低于对照组,格拉斯哥预后评分量表(GOS)分值高于对照组,生活质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血糖改善水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对性护理干预可有效降低高血压脑出血合并糖尿病患者术后并发症发生率,改善预后,提升生活质量,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To discuss the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in improving postoperative complications and prognosis in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods 116 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage complicated with diabetes who received surgical treatment in the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 58 cases in each group.The postoperative nursing plan of the control group was routine nursing,and the postoperative nursing plan of the observation group was targeted nursing intervention.The intervention effect on postoperative complications and prognosis of patients was compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS) score was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life scale(QLQ-C30) score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood glucose improvement level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage complicated with diabetes mellitus,improve the prognosis,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
