摘要
目的 分析糖尿病足患者应用综合性护理的效果,并分析对患者血糖水平的影响。方法 选择该院2019年8月—2021年8月期间诊治的88例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,根据抽签分组方式分为对照组与研究组,每组44例,对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施综合性护理干预,对两组患者护理后的生活质量、情绪状态、血糖水平以及护理满意度情况进行比较。结果 研究组护理满意度(93.18%)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.162,P=0.041);研究组患者SF-36评分、SAS评分以及SDS评分分别为(84.16±4.06)分、(36.25±2.49)分、(35.44±2.57)分,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.954、11.622、11.197,P<0.001);研究组患者空腹血糖(6.52±1.21)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(11.95±1.75)mmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.905、4.912,P<0.001)。结论 糖尿病足患者应用综合性护理,可有效改善患者心理状态,提升患者生活质量,对血糖水平的调控具有积极意义,值得在临床中推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on diabetic foot patients,and analyze the influence on the blood glucose level of the patients.Methods 88 patients with diabetic foot diagnosed and treated in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery grouping method,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The quality of life,emotional state,blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing were compared.Results The study group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction(93.18%) than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2= 4.162,P=0.041);the SF-36 score,SAS score and SDS score of the study group were(84.16 ±4.06) points,(36.25±2.49) points and(35.44 ±2.57) points,respectively,which were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t =13.954,11.622,11.197,P<0.001);the fasting blood glucose(6.52±1.21) mmol/L and postprandial 2 h blood glucose(11.95±1.75) mmol/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.905,4.912,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in diabetic foot patients can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and has positive significance in the regulation of blood glucose levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
