摘要 随着全球温室气体排放日益增加,石化行业碳减排日渐成为学者们研究的重要课题。碳足迹研究被应用于各个领域并在全球范围内逐步推广。该文综述了目前石化行业碳足迹计算的一般方法,通过国内较为认可的质量分配法分析了汽油、航煤以及柴油产品碳足迹并得出了直馏航煤碳足迹为59.98 kgCO_(2)/t、直馏柴油碳足迹分别为81.41 kgCO_(2)/t(2.4 Mt/a装置)和99.03 kgCO_(2)/t(1.2 Mt/a装置)、催化汽油碳足迹为163.62 kgCO_(2)/t以及催化柴油碳足迹为231.65 kgCO_(2)/t,即直馏产品碳足迹低于重油轻质化产品碳足迹。根据以上结论,从优化能源利用效率、改进原油品质和工艺路线以及碳捕集与封存三方面进行分析,为企业进行相关产品碳足迹计算及减排方式探讨提供数据支撑。 With the increasing global greenhouse gas emissions,carbon emission reduction in the petrochemical industry has increasingly become an important topic for scholars.Carbon footprint research has been applied in various fields and gradually promoted globally.The author summarizes the current general methods for calculating the carbon footprint of the petrochemical industry,and analyzes the carbon footprint of gasoline,aviation fuel and diesel products through the domestically recognized mass allocation method,and finds that the carbon footprint of straight-run jet fuel products is 59.98 kgCO_(2)/t,Straight-run diesel product carbon footprint is 81.41 kgCO_(2)/t(from the 2.4MMt/y unit)and 99.03kgCO_(2)/t(from the 1.2MMt/y unit),catalytic gasoline product carbon footprint is 163.62 kgCO_(2)/t and catalytic diesel product carbon footprint is 231.65kgCO_(2)/t,which means that the carbon footprint of straight-run products is lower than that of heavy oil and light products.Based on the above conclusions,the three stages of analysis through optimization of energy efficiency,improvement of crude oil quality and process routes,and carbon capture and storage provide a theoretical basis for refineries to calculate the carbon footprint of related products and discuss emission reduction methods.
