摘要
在建设高等教育强国的时代背景下,国家和高校对青年教师的教研能力赋予较大期望。教学、科研、心理、经济等多重压力影响着高校青年教师教研能力的提升。国外的有益经验主要有加强评估考核、构建培训网络、制定专业标准和健全保障机制等。我国高校要以工匠精神培育为核心,从师德师风入手,通过优化管理策略不断提升青年教师教研能力。
Under the background of constructing the higher education to strengthen the nation,na⁃tion and universities expect more teaching and research capacities of the young teachers.The multi⁃ple pressures such as teaching,research,psychology,economy,etc.influence the improvement of the teaching and research capabilities of young teachers in universities.The beneficial experiences from foreign countries are to strengthen evaluation,construct the network of training,make profes⁃sional standard,perfect the guarantee system,etc.Universities in China take the craftsman spirits as the core,start with the construction of professional ethics,improve the teaching and research ca⁃pabilities of young teachers in universities by optimal management strategy.
