“三全育人”背景下劳动教育在高职人才培养中的价值与实现 被引量:4

摘要 新时代高职院校将劳动教育融入“三全育人”的教育体系是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的内在要求,也是提高人才培养质量的客观需求,但在高职院校劳动教育实施过程中出现了劳动教育的“异化”“弱化”“窄化”等问题,为增强劳动教育实效,就必须要坚持全员育人,培养劳育师资队伍;坚持全过程育人,培养高职学生的劳动素养;坚持全方位育人,多方协同劳动教育,以期强化高职院校劳育在人才培养中的作用。 In the new era,the integration of labor education into the education system of“Three All-round Education”in higher vocational colleges is the internal requirement of cultivating socialist builders and successors and the objective demand of improving the quality of talent cultivation.However,in the implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges,there are problems such as“alienation”,“weakening”and“narrowing”of labor education.In order to enhance the effectiveness of labor education,it is necessary to insist on whole staff education and train the teaching staff of labor education;adhere to the whole process of education and cultivate the labor literacy of higher vocational students;adhere to all-round education and multi-party collaborative labor education in order to strengthen the role of labor education in talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
