摘要
目的 对比DAT-50S碘元素自动检测仪和砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿中的碘含量。方法 DAT-50S碘元素自动检测法与砷铈催化分光光度法内容对比包括标准曲线相关系数、检测结果的准确度、精密度等。结果 DAT-50S碘元素自动检测法的定标相关系数范围为在0.999 2~1、检出范围10~1 200μg/L、相对标准偏差为1.84%~2.77%,回收率为97.5%~99.1%。砷铈催化分光光度法标曲相关系数范围为在0.999 0~0.999 8、检出范围0~300μg/L、相对标准偏差为2.92%~3.95%,回收率为90.9%~98.7%。结论 DAT-50S碘元素自动检测仪测定尿碘比砷铈催化分光光度法操作简便,用时少,对环境温度要求、对实验人员身体伤害和环境污染相对于砷铈催化分光光度法要低。
Objective To compare DAT-50 S automatic iodine detector with arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of iodine in urine.Methods DAT-50 S automatic iodine detection method was compared with arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry, including correlation coefficient of standard curve, accuracy and precision of detection results, etc.Results Thecalibration correlation coefficient of DAT-50 S automatic iodine detection method was 0.999 2-1,detection range was 10-1 200 μg/L,the relative standard deviation was 1.84%-2.77%,and the recovery was 97.5%-99.1%.The calibration coefficients of arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry ranged from 0.999 0 to 0.999 8,the detection range was 0-300 μg/L,the relative standard deviations were 2.92% to 3.95%,and the recoveries were 90.9% to 98.7%.Conclusion DAT-50 S automatic iodine detector is easier to determine urine iodine than arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry, and it takes less time, requires less environmental temperature, harm less to the laboratory staff and environmental pollution than arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry.
