摘要
目的 分析评价碘缺乏病防治健康教育干预在改善人群健康素养中的作用。方法 2017—2018年,每年均随机抽样选取200名儿童及100名孕妇,在开展碘缺乏病防治健康教育干预前后,对学生和孕妇进行碘缺乏病防治健康素养问卷调查,对调查结果进行分析,了解健康干预的效果、效益和效用。结果 健康教育前后各调查了300人,其中5年级学生的碘缺乏病防治知识平均知晓率(正确答题率)由健康教育前的61.80%(618/1 000)上升为健康教育后的95.90%(959/1 000,χ^(2)=348.63,P<0.01);孕妇的碘缺乏病防治知识平均知晓率(正确答题率)由健康教育前的67.80%(339/500)上升为健康教育后的92.80%(464/500,χ^(2)=98.77,P<0.01)。结论 健康教育干预模式可以有效促进目标人群了解和掌握碘及碘缺乏病相关知识,明显提升碘缺乏病防治的成效。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effects of a health education project in improving health literacy of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD).Methods Two hundred children and 100 pregnant women were randomly selected every year from 2017 to 2018.Before and after the health educational activities, questionnaire surveys on knowledge of IDD were conducted in each project county, and the survey results were analyzed to understand the effect, benefit and utility of health intervention.Results A total of 300 persons were investigated before and after the health education.After health education, the rate of knowledge(the correct answer rate)on IDD increased from 61.80%(618/1 000)to 95.90%(959/1 000,χ~2=348.63,P<0.01)among primary school students, and 67.80%(339/500)to 92.80%(464/500,χ~2=98.77,P<0.01)among pregnant women.Conclusions Health education intervention model can effectively promote the target population to understand and master the knowledge of iodine and IDD.Systematic and targeted health education activities are effective measures in prevention and control of IDD.
