摘要
柴油机球墨铸铁连接箱是柴油机主发电机组的重要零部件之一,需要有足够的强度和韧性,不允许有铸造缺陷。根据铸件结构特点及其质量要求该铸件采用了两箱呋喃树脂自硬砂手工造型工艺,重点论述了为确保铸件质量而设计的铸造工艺,通过采取顶铸式浇注系统结合冷铁和排气冒口工艺措施,使柴油机球墨铸铁连接箱铸件的铸造获得成功。
The nodular cast iron connecting box is one of the important parts of the main generator set of diesel engine. It needs to have sufficient strength and toughness without casting defects. The casting adopts furan resin self-hardening sand manual molding process.The top pouring system combined with chiller and exhaust riser technology has made the diesel engine nodular cast iron connector box casting successful.
