摘要
本文针对餐厨垃圾废弃物中水分、油脂及有机质含量高等特点,介绍了“预处理+厌氧消化+生物转化”高效处理餐厨垃圾废弃物的组合工艺。根据工程调试及运行情况统计表明,该处理工艺多元高效,具有良好的稳定性和可操作性,可最大程度地实现餐厨垃圾减量化、无害化处置和资源化利用,可为餐厨垃圾处理工程的设计、建造和运营提供借鉴。
In view of the high content of water,oil and organic matter in food waste,the combined process of"pretreatment+anaerobic digestion+biotransformation"for efficient treatment of food waste was introduced.According to the statistics of project commissioning and operation,the treatment process is diversified and efficient,has good stability and operability,and can realize the reduction,harmless disposal and resource utilization of food waste to the greatest extent,which can provide reference for the design,construction and operation of food waste treatment project.
