摘要
世界各国高度重视能源科技创新发展,新一轮能源科技革命正在孕育兴起,新的能源科技成果不断涌现,将持续改变世界能源生产、传输、存储与消费格局。立足我国自身资源禀赋及能源需求结构加强突破能源高效转化、存储与利用前沿变革科技,以原创性、前瞻性研究引领能源科技创新,是推动我国能源清洁低碳转型、实现、碳中和目标的必然选择,也是世界范围内加快抢占能源科技发展制高点的重要战略。
Countries around the world attach great importance to the innovation and development of energy science and technology. A new round of energy science and technology revolution is brewing and rising, while new energy scientific and technological achievements are emerging. It will keep changing the pattern of world energy production, transmission, storage and consumption. It is necessary to fullyconsider China’s own resource endowment and energy demand structure, strengthen breakthroughs in energy efficient transformation, storage and utilization, and change cutting-edge technologies. And it is believed an inevitable choice to promote China’s clean and low-carbon energy transformation and achieve the goal of "30.60" carbon peak and carbon neutralizationthrough leading energy science and technology innovation with original and forward-looking research. It is also an important strategy to accelerate the capture of the commanding height of energy science and technology development all over the world.
