摘要
为了研究水平井套管居中良好条件下的固井顶替过程,针对居中度和密度差耦合作用下的顶替界面形态以及顶替效率进行了数值实验研究,且对顶替速度进行了优选。研究结果表明,在套管居中度大于67%条件下,偏心导致的高边指进现象与密度差导致的低边指进现象相互制约,存在某个最佳密度差节点使得顶替效率最高且界面长度最短,采用较大密度差的顶替液-被顶替液组合或者提高套管居中度均能得到理想的顶替效率和界面形态,采用小排量顶替有助于改善顶替效果。研究结果对于提高水平井固井顶替效率,优化水平井固井施工方案提供了理论依据。
In order to study the displacement process of cement slurry under the condition of high casing centricity in the horizontal section, the displacement interface morphology and displacement efficiency under the joint action of centricity and density difference were numerically tested, and the displacement speed was optimized. The results show that: the phenomenon of high edge fingering caused by eccentricity and the phenomenon of low edge fingering caused by density difference restrict each other. Under the condition of casing eccentricity, there is an optimal density difference node, which makes the displacement efficiency the highest and the interface length shorter;the ideal displacement efficiency and interface shape can be obtained by using the combination of higher density difference displacement fluid and displaced fluid or improving the casing centricity. Using small displacement can replace more low side displacement fluid and improve the displacement effect. The research results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing cementing quality and improving displacement efficiency of horizontal wells.
