摘要
目的研究小儿肠套叠采用腹部超声联合浅表超声诊断的价值.方法选取60例揭阳市人民医院在2020年2月-2021年2月诊治的肠套叠患儿进行研究,两组患儿均行腹部超声检查(对照组)和联合浅表超声检查(观察组),对诊断的结果作出分析和评价.结果观察组诊断符合率(96.67%)较对照组高(85.00%),观察组诊断满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(86.67%),诊断时间长于对照组,对比数据差异明显(P<0.05).结论浅表超声联合腹部超声在诊断小儿肠套叠中具备的优势比较显著,准确度高,满意度高,在诊断后,收集到的信息更为全面、准确,为疾病的诊治提供有力的证据,具备优势.
Objective To study the value of abdominal ultrasound combined with superficial ultrasound in pediatric intussusception.Methods 60 cases of intussusception children diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were studied.Both groups were examined by abdominal ultrasound(control group)and combined with superficial ultrasound(observation group)to analyze and evaluate the diagnosis results.Results Compared with the control group(85%),the diagnosis satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),that in control group(86.67%),diagnosis time was longer than that in control group(P<0.05),and the difference of contrast data was obvious.Conelusion Superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound has significant advantages in the diagnosis of intussusception in children,high accuracy and high satisfaction.After diagnosis,the information collected is more comprehensive and accurate,which provides strong evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
