摘要
文章围绕人力资源管理专业形成的以测评技术为基础的人力资源专业第一课堂、以学生科研与实践能力为基础的第二课堂、基于政产学研协同的第三课堂体系针对郑州航空工业管理学院的师生进行认同感调研,利用秩和比方法进行综合分析,认为应当从转变观念、提升技能、政策支持等方面推动课堂教学改革。
This paper focuses on the identity survey about first classroom system of Human Resource Management based on evaluation technology,the second classroom system based on students'scientific research and practice ability,and the third classroom system based on the cooperation of government,industry,university,which surveyed on the recognition of teachers and students in ZUA.The paper conducts a comprehensive analysis by Ran Sum Ratio method.The author thinks that the reform of classroom teaching should be improved from the aspects of changing ideas,improving skills and policy support.
