摘要
某民用直升机在试飞过程中,经常由于总距杆手柄杆释放按钮两路开关信号输出不一致导致报故和舵机锁定,严重影响试飞进度和操作品质。本文梳理了报故逻辑并针对该按钮开关信号采集电路进行了改良设计,可以有效降低该按钮引发的报故频率。
During the flight test of a civil helicopter,the failure reporting and steering geer locking are often caused by the inconsistent output of the two switch signals of the collective grip trim release button,which seriously aff ects the flight test progress and operation quality.This paper combs the fault reporting logic and improves the design of the button switch signal acquisition circuit,which can effectively reduce the fault reporting frequency caused by the button.
