摘要
随着机电产品制造行业的发展,装配环节对于精密型机电产品的装配精度发挥着重要的作用,同时还会影响产品性能的稳定性。传统的几何量控制方法无法确保产品装配精度,本文结合航空领域的机电产品装配生产提出了均匀性装配理念,采用连接结构应力对称且均匀分布的装配措施,结合该技术的内涵与特征,通过不同关键技术的应用实现均匀性装配在精密机电产品中的高效应用。
With the development of mechanical and electrical products manufacturing industry,the assembly link plays an important role in the assembly accuracy of precision mechanical and electrical products,and also aff ects the stability of product performance.The traditional geometric quantity control method can not ensure the product assembly accuracy.Combined with the assembly production of mechanical and electrical products in the aviation field,this paper puts forward the concept of uniform assembly,adopts the assembly measures of symmetrical and uniform distribution of connecting structure stress,combined with the connotation and characteristics of this technology,and realizes the efficient application of uniform assembly in precision mechanical and electrical products through the application of diff erent key technologies.
