探究气囊压力表联合呼吸机用于ICU人工气道监测及护理的作用

Exploring the Effect of Air Bag Pressure Gauge Combined with Ventilator on Artificial Airway Monitoring and Nursing in ICU

摘要 目的分析评估在ICU人工气道监测以及护理中联合应用气囊压力表和呼吸机的临床作用。方法于2020年7月—2021年7月随机抽取该院ICU科室中创建人工气道的120例患者作为研究对象,遵照随机数表法分组原则分为两组,对照组60例在人工气道监测中应用间断(4 h)气囊压力监测+呼吸机监测,观察组60例在人工气道监测期间应用持续气囊压力监测+呼吸机监测,同时两组患者接受相应的护理干预,对比评估并发症发生率、干预前后镇静-躁动评分、气囊压力监测情况及患者生活质量。结果观察组并发症发生率为1.67%,对照组并发症发生率为13.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05);干预前,两组镇静-躁动评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组镇静-躁动评分所得数值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组注气容积、气囊压力水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU人工气道监测以及护理期间联合应用气囊压力表、呼吸机不仅可以改善气囊注气容积,还能够有效降低压力水平,有利于积极控制并发症发生风险,对于保证生命质量具有积极意义,具有借鉴以及推广价值。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of combined application of airbag pressure gauge and ventilator in artificial airway monitoring and nursing in ICU.Methods A total of 120 patients who created artificial airway in ICU of the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly selected as the research object.According to the grouping principle of random number table,they were divided into two groups.60 cases in the control group applied intermittent(4-hour)airbag pressure monitoring+ventilator monitoring in artificial airway monitoring,and 60 cases in the observation group applied continuous air bag pressure monitoring+ventilator monitoring during artificial airway monitoring.At the same time,the two groups received corresponding nursing intervention measures to compare and evaluate the intervention effect.The incidence of complications,sedation agitation score,airbag pressure monitoring and patients'quality of life were compared before and after intervention.Results The probability of complications in the observation group was 1.67%,and the probability of complications in the control group was 13.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistical difference in the sedation-restlessness score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the sedation-restlessness score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The value of the gas injection volume and balloon pressure level of the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality-of-life scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The artificial airway monitoring in ICU and the combined application of airbag pressure gauge and ventilator during nursing can not only improve the airbag injection volume,but also effectively reduce the pressure level,which is conducive to actively control the risk of complications.It is of positive significance to ensure the quality of life and has reference and popularization value.
