摘要
随着新冠疫情防控进入常态化防控阶段,公众对防控措施的依从性直接决定了防控的效果,防控措施依从性具有重要意义。我国拥有的制度优势、强大的基层动员能力和群众基础,帮助民众迅速完成了各类防疫措施的适应过程,表现出了很高的政策依从性。从性别、年龄、经济收入、教育水平、职业、心理等方面对防控措施依从性的影响因素进行了归纳论述。并提出,要积极发挥意见领袖的作用以提升公众对疫情防控措施的依从性,要持续优化防控措施与服务方式以降低公众防控措施的依从成本,要推动疫情防控工作的法治化进程以引导公众依法支持与配合防控措施。
As the prevention and control of COVID-19 has entered the phase of normalization,the public s compliance with the prevention and control measures directly determines the effect of prevention and control,and the compliance of prevention and control measures has great significance.China s institutional advantages,strong grass-roots mobilization ability and mass base have helped the people to quickly complete the adaptation process of various epidemic prevention measures,and showed high policy compliance.This paper summarizes and discusses the influencing factors of the compliance of prevention and control measures from the aspects of gender,age,economic income,education level,occupation and psychology.It is proposed that actively play the role of opinion leaders to improve the public s compliance with epidemic prevention and control measures,continuously optimize prevention and control measures and service methods to reduce the compliance cost of public prevention and control measures,and promote the legalization process of epidemic prevention and control work to guide the public to support and cooperate with prevention and control measures according to law.
