摘要
目的:探讨改良抗凝剂脐周皮下注射方法的教学方法。方法:将32名护生分为两组,对照组16名护生依据基础护理教材先独立进行操作,出科时进行理论+实践考核。实验组16名护生学习皮下注射PPT课件以及操作视频、药品说明书、皮下注射专家共识;老师床头解读示范操作流程,护生模拟练习。理论+实践考核合格后独立为患者注射。比较两组护生理论及实践考核成绩,两组患者皮下注射不良反应发生率。结果:两组护生皮下注射知识考核分数比较,P <0.01;皮下注射操作考核分数比较,P <0.01;两组患者皮下注射不良反应发生情况比较,P <0.01。结论:护生独立皮下注射前需要进行规范培训,正确掌握皮下注射要点是降低不良反应的关键。
Objective:To explore the teaching method of improved periumbilical subcutaneous injection of anticoagulant.Method: Divide 32 nursing students into two groups. The 16 nursing students in the control group operated independently first,and conducted theoretical + practical examination when they graduated from the Department.The nursing students in the experimental group understood the wechat version of subcutaneous injection ppt courseware, operation video, drug instructions and subcutaneous injection expert consensus;The teacher interpreted and demonstrated the operation process at the bedside,and the nursing students simulated the practice. After passing the theoretical + practical examination, the patients were injected independently.The theoretical and practical examination results of the two groups of nursing students were compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions of subcutaneous injection in the two groups was compared.Results:Comparison of examination scores of subcutaneous injection knowledge between the two groups(P<0.01), examination scores of subcutaneous injection operation(P < 0.01), and the incidence of adverse reactions of subcutaneous injection between the two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusions: Nursing students need standardized training before independent subcutaneous injection. Correctly mastering the key points of subcutaneous injection is the key to reduce adverse reactions.
