摘要
形气神三位一体生命观是中医学重要的生命观。基于形气神三位一体生命观分别从形、气、神3个方面对强直性脊柱炎的发病机制进行了探讨。从形的角度:首先是焦膜的形态发生了改变,风、寒、湿邪为主要病理基础;从气的角度:焦膜受邪导致三焦气化不利,病邪进一步深入脏腑,主要影响肝、肾两脏;从神的角度:神的异常会影响脏腑生理功能的发挥,同时也可诱导疾病的发生。总之,从形气神三位一体生命观论治强直性脊柱炎,有利于本病早、中期即病位以焦膜为主的治疗,同时也有助于全面清晰的梳理、认识其发病机制,为该病在临床的诊治提供新的思路,以期提高该病的诊疗效果。
The Body-qi-spirit triune life view is relatively important in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This paper is mainly about discussion and analysis of the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)in three respects based on the Body-qi-spirit triune life view.From the angle of body,morphological changes firstly takes place in the membrane.The wind-pathogen,cold-pathogen and damppathogen is the main pathological bases.From the perspective of Qi,the membrane is adversely affected by the pathogen that will cause disturbance of qi transformation.The pathogen of disease further deeply affects viscera mainly about the liver and kidney.From the aspect of Spirit,abnormalities of Spirit affect the performance of physiological functions of viscera,while also inducing the occurrence of diseases.All in all,the analysis and conclusion of this paper based on the Body-qi-spirit triune life view will benefit to early and middle treatments of membrane,also can help to understand and study the pathogenesis of AS more completely,and provide new ideas for the disease in the clinical diagnosis and treatment so that to improve the efficacy.
