Research on eugenics projects of women of childbearing age in some areas of Heilongjiang Province

摘要 目的对黑龙江部分地区育龄期女性TORCH检测结果进行分析和统计,探讨育龄女性检测优生项目的重要性。方法收集2020年1月—2021年8月送检于黑龙江迪安医学检验所有限公司的2849份备孕和孕期女性血样,根据受检者年龄分为4组,分别为18~25岁(426名)、26~35岁(2075名)、36~45岁(280名)、≥46岁(68名)。采用电化学发光法检测单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ抗体(HSV1-IgG)、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ抗体(HSV2-IgG)、风疹病毒免疫球蛋白M(RV-IgM)、风疹病毒免疫球蛋白G(RV-IgG)、巨细胞病毒IgM(CMV-IgM)、巨细胞病毒IgG(CMV-IgG)、刚地弓形虫IgM(TOX-IgM)和刚地弓形虫IgG(TOX-IgG),分析不同年龄段受检者各指标的差异。同时采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对所有样本进行检测,比较两种方法检测结果的阳性率差异。结果采用电化学发光法检测不同年龄组HSV1-IgG、HSV2-IgG、TOX-IgG水平比较差异均有统计学意义。36~45岁组HSV1-IgG、HSV2-IgG、TOX-IgG阳性检出率均明显高于26~35岁组(HSV1-IgG:87.14%比77.35%,HSV2-IgG:27.50%比12.76%,TOX-IgG:3.21%比1.25%,均P<0.05)。电化学发光法的阳性率均高于ELISA,其中HSV1-IgG(78.87%比60.31%)、HSV2-IgG(14.71%比12.67%)、RV-IgM(0.81%比0.13%)、TOX-IgG(1.33%比0.61%)比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对有生育需求的女性进行TORCH检测,对提高生育质量尤为重要。 Objective To analyze the TORCH test results of women of childbearing age in some areas of Heilongjiang Province,and discuss the importance of eugenics projects for women of childbearing age.Methods The 2849 blood samples of pregnant women and women during pregnancy preparation sent to Heilongjiang Dean Medical Laboratory Co.,Ltd.from January 2020 to August 2021 were collected and divided into four groups according to age,such as 18-25 years old(426 women),26-35 years old(2075 women),36-45 years old(280 women)and≥46 years old(68 women)groups.Herpes simplex virusⅠantibody(HSV1-IgG),herpes simplex virusⅡantibody(HSV2-IgG),rubella virus immunoglobulin M(RV-IgM),rubella virus immunoglobulin G(RV-IgG),cytomegalovirus IgM(CMV-IgM),cytomegalovirus IgG(CMV-IgG),Toxoplasma gondii IgM(TOX-IgM)and Toxoplasma gondii IgG(TOX-IgG)were detected by electrochemiluminescence,and the differences of various indicators among subjects of different ages were analyzed.At the same time,the samples were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the differences of the positive rates between the two methods were compared.Results There were significant differences in the levels of HSV1-IgG,HSV2-IgG and TOX-IgG among different age groups by electrochemiluminescence.The positive detectable rates of HSV1-IgG,HSV2-IgG and TOX-IgG in 36-45 years old group were higher than those in 26-35 years old group(HSV1-IgG:87.14%vs.77.35%,HSV2-IgG:27.50%vs.12.76%,TOX-IgG:3.21%vs.1.25%,all P<0.05).The positive rates of electrochemiluminescence detection were higher than those of ELISA.There were significant differences(all P<0.05)in HSV1-IgG(78.87%vs.60.31%),HSV2-IgG(14.71%vs.12.67%),RV-IgM(0.81%vs.0.13%)and TOX-IgG(1.33%vs.0.61%).Conclusion TORCH testing for women with reproductive needs is particularly important to improve the quality of fertility.
