摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为单体,通过自由基溶液聚合,制备了BA/HEA、EHA/HEA以及BA/EHA/HEA 3种光学透明粘弹体(CVF)。探究不同丙烯酸酯单体对CVF的流变性能、力学性能和光学性能的影响。结果表明:BA/EHA/HEA组综合性能最佳,其玻璃化转变温度为-52~-50℃,剥离力为10.693 N,应力松弛率为58%,应变回复率为91.1%,透光率为94.1%,雾度为0.26%。
Three kinds of BA/HEA,EHA/HEA and BA/EHA/HEA clear viscoelastic film(CVF)were prepared by radical solution polymerization using butyl acrylate(BA),2-ethylhexyl acrylate(EHA)and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)as monomers.The effects of different acrylate monomers on the rheological,mechanical and optical properties were studied.The results show that BA/EHA/HEA had the best overall performance.Its glass transition temperature was-52~-50℃,peel strength was 10.693 N,stress relaxation was 58%and strain recovery was 91.1%,light transmittance was 94.1%,and haze was 0.26%.
