摘要
碳纤维复合材料因具有密度低、耐腐蚀好等优点,得以广泛用于航空航天、轨道交通、汽车等领域。基于此,选取碳纤维复合材料为对象,在阐述碳纤维复合材料优点、特点及其在不同领域使用等内容基础上,通过体—壳混合单元创建相应的碳纤维复合材料转向架计算模型,对其超常、模拟运营载荷条件下静强度及疲劳强度进行评估,结果表明:使用T700碳纤维/环氧复合材料设计的转向架结构简单,其静强度、疲劳强度较好。
Carbon fiber composite materials are widely used in aerospace,rail transit,automobile and other fields due to their low density and good corrosion resistance.Based on this,this paper selects carbon fiber composite materials as the object,and on the basis of expounding the advantages and characteristics of carbon fiber composite materials and their use in different fields,creates a corresponding carbon fiber composite material bogie calculation model through the body-shell hybrid element.The static strength and fatigue strength are evaluated under abnormal and simulated operating load conditions.The results show that the bogie designed with T700 carbon fiber/epoxy composite material has a simple structure with good static and fatigue strength.
