摘要
在铆扣式电极条件下,对等厚度铝合金6061和镀锌钢进行了电阻点焊工艺参数和方法的研究。设计了正交试验,研究在不同焊接参数条件下,焊接时间、焊接电流和电极压力对铝钢异种金属铆扣式电极电阻点焊的影响。同时,测量不同参数下各试样的抗拉强度并进行金相观察,对每组试样的熔核直径以及钢侧和铝侧熔核深度进行测量,并分析了其断裂方式和熔核形成机理。经对比分析,获得的最佳焊接工艺参数为焊接电流16 kA、电极压力2.6 kN、焊接时间140 ms,此时试样最大抗拉力可达4.365 kN。
Under the condition of rivet electrode,the process parameters and methods of resistance spot welding of aluminum alloy 6061 and galvanized steel with equal thickness are studied.Orthogonal experiments are designed to study the effects of welding time,welding current and electrode pressure on resistance spot welding of aluminum-steel dissimilar metal riveting electrodes under different welding parameters.At the same time,metallographic experiments are carried out to measure the nugget diameter and nugget depth on the steel side and aluminum side of each group of specimens,and the fracture mode and nugget formation mechanism are analyzed.Through comparative analysis,under the same conditions,the best welding process parameters are welding current 16 kA,electrode pressure 2.6 kN,welding time 140 ms,and tensile strength up to 4.365 kN.
