基于NX的钉齿脱粒滚筒的参数化设计

摘要 运用NX的表达式技术,创建了钉齿脱粒滚筒零部件的参数化模型及对应的表达式,利用NX/OPEN开发工具创建钉齿脱粒滚筒参数化设计的对话框,编写了钉齿脱粒滚筒模型参数化设计程序,实现了钉齿脱粒滚筒的参数化设计。通过钉齿脱粒滚筒样机的台架试验,得出在滚筒转速为650~950r/min时,设计输出的钉齿脱粒滚筒的脱粒作业性能良好,证明了基于NX的钉齿脱粒滚筒的参数化设计方法符合生产实际要求。 The development environment of parametric design is configured by the establishment of system environment variables and the integration of NX&Visual Studio.The parametric model and corresponding expression of spike-tooth threshing cylinder parts are created by using NX expression technology.The dialog box of parametric design about spike-tooth threshing cylinder is created by using NX/OPEN development tool,and the program of parametric design about spike-tooth threshing cylinder model is written by calling UFUN function in Visual Studio software.The parametric design of spike-tooth threshing cylinder is realized by the above operation.Through the bench test of spike-tooth threshing cylinder prototype,the results show that the designed threshing cylinder has good threshing performance when the drum speed is 650~950 r/min.The results show that the parametric design of spike-tooth threshing cylinder based on NX has practical application.
