谷子联合收获机割台关键部件设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 为减少谷子机械化收获时割台出现的甩穗、掉穗和堵塞现象,根据谷子物性特点,设计了割台拨禾轮和搅龙,并进行了拨禾轮运动特性分析。采用仿真分析与试验相结合的方法,研究了拨禾轮、搅龙与割刀之间的三角区位置参数及其对割台工作性能的影响。通过调整结构参数和运动参数,增加防缠罩、挡杆和挡板,解决了甩穗、掉穗和输送紊乱问题,达到了减少割台掉穗的目的。使用高速摄像机拍摄割台田间工作过程中,图像显示割台具有较强的防甩穗、防堵性能。检测表明,割台工作性能良好,研究结果可为开发谷子联合收获机提供了技术参考。 In order to solve the problems of throwing,missing and blocking of millet combine harvesterheader,the reel and screw conveyor of theheaderwere designed,and the motion characteristics were analyzedbased on the physical characteristicsof millet.The position parameters of the triangularareabetween reel,screw conveyor and cutterwerestudied,and the influence of the parameters on the working features of the headerwere discussed by simulation analysis and experimentation.By adjusting the structureparameters and kinematic parameters,andincreasing components such asblocking bar,baffle andcover,the problems of throwing,missing and disorder in the header are solved,and the loss of the header is reduced.Using high-speed camera to capture the working process of the header in the field,andthe images show that the header had theperformanceof prevent throwing and blockage.The test results show that the header hadbetter performance.This study provides technical reference for the development of milletcombine harvester.
