摘要
首先,对农业起重机动力学进行了分析,并利用UG和ANSYS建立了臂架有限元模型。为了优化ANSYS在大量数据计算方面的不足,提出了一种将ANSYS和Matlab结合的分析和优化方法,并通过对两种工况下的有限元分析,得出了臂架的应力情况。实验结果表明:农业起重机臂架结构的应力满足材料要求,且臂架整体和局部的稳定性满足设计需求。
It firstly analyzed the dynamics of agricultural crane,and established the finite element model of boom by using UG and ANSYS.In order to optimize the calculation of large amount of data in ANSYS,it proposed an analysis and optimization method combining ANSYS and MATLAB.Through the finite element analysis of the two working conditions,it obtained the stress of the boom.The experimental results showed that the stress of the boom structure of agricultural crane meets the material requirements,and the overall and local stability design requirements of the boom.
