摘要
从洁净室安装暖通空调系统的必要性及暖通空调工作原理出发,对施工过程中存在的问题进行分析,发现管线标注不精准、噪声大、电路管道流通不畅、有滴水等问题,均会影响到施工的正常开展,甚至降低暖通空调的使用效果,因此,在施工时,应加强施工图纸、设备、施工材料等方面的质量控制,同时加强对施工人员的培训与管理,使不同项目的施工人员有效配合,做好预留孔、合理选用支架、工程验收及后期维护等工作。
Starting from the necessity of installing HVAC system in clean room and the working principle of HVAC,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction process,and finds that inaccurate pipeline marking,big noise,poor circulation of circuit pipeline,dripping and other problems will affect the normal development of construction and even reduce the use effect of HVAC.Therefore,during construction,we need strengthen the quality control of construction drawings,equipment and construction materials,and strengthen the training and management of construction personnel,so that they can effectively cooperate with construction personnel of different projects,and do a good job of hole reservation,reasonable selection of support,project acceptance and later maintenance.
