摘要
阐述暖通工程建设的内容及特点,从全流程角度探讨施工管理存在的问题,包括创新力意识不足和创新成本过大的问题,工程资金和质量的协调问题,安全管理方面的成本增加问题,暖通施工安装流程中制度体系的不完善问题等,并提出有效的解决办法。
The paper expatiates the contents and characteristics of HVAC engineering,discusses the problems existing in construction management from the perspective of the whole process,including lack of awareness of innovation and innovation cost is too big,coordination of project funds and quality,increased costs in security management,imperfect system system in HVAC construction and installation process,and puts forward effective measures.
