摘要
自动移栽如何保障高效率移栽是目前移栽技术的核心问题,而现有的移栽技术存在缺苗的情况,将会使单位苗木种植数量大大降低。针对这一问题,探讨了自动鉴别空缺苗木的方法,设计了利用PLC控制移栽机构进行移栽的智能移栽系统。系统由苗盘运输机构(具有横向和纵向抓取盆栽的功能)、检测托盘传感器、位置传感器、步进电机和PLC控制系统组成。实验结果表明:通过光电传感器检测以及PLC控制,可以有效地识别是否空盆栽,并控制移栽机构自动传输。
How to ensure the high efficiency of automatic transplanting is the core of transplanting technology.The existing transplanting technology may lack seedlings,which will greatly reduce the number of seedlings planted per unit.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the method of automatically identifying the vacant seedlings,and uses PLC to control the transplanting mechanism to carry out the intelligent transplanting system.The system consists of seedling tray transport mechanism(with the function of grabbing potted plants horizontally and vertically),detection tray sensor,position sensor,stepping motor and PLC control system.Through photoelectric sensor detection and PLC control,it can effectively identify whether the pot is empty or not,and control the automatic transmission of transplanting mechanism.
