摘要
节事旅游作为发展较快的旅游吸引物之一,亟待补齐公共服务短板,推动其实现高质量发展目标。文章以平遥国际摄影大展为例,通过问卷调查获取数据,并借助定性比较分析工具,探析节事旅游公共服务管理和建设在旅游者感知体验中所发挥的作用。研究发现:(1)节事旅游公共服务中每一个单变量均是引致高供给感知的非充要条件,但其部分否定变量则是引致低供给感知的充要条件;(2)将引致旅游者高供给感知构型组合归结为交通敏感型、管理敏感型和不敏感型,另外,当出现单变量的否定“特定情境”时,供给感知具有高度敏感性特征;(3)旅游信息咨询服务变量供给感知呈现双向敏感性特征,且所有单变量在促进高供给感知结果上具有较强的协同性,这也成为影响旅游者重游和推荐他人的重要参考。
As one of the fastest-growing tourist attractions,festival and event tourism has become a unique brand for shaping the image of tourist destinations and recommending themselves to the outside world.There are nearly 10,000 festivals and events held in China every year,which have attracted a great number of tourists and triggered a strong demand for tourism public services in the host area.Therefore making up for the shortcomings of festival and event tourism public service is the urgent requirement to promote realizing high-quality development goals.The quality of management and construction of festival and event tourism public service is an important factor to attract tourists away from the usual environment,and also determines the quality of tourists'experience and their willingness to revisit and recommend to others.This study takes Pingyao International Photography Exhibition as an example,obtains data through questionnaire survey,and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparison method to analyze the path differences of tourism information consultation service,tourism transportation convenience service,tourism safety guarantee service,tourism benefit and convenience service and tourism administrative service that affect the perception of tourism public service in festival and event activities.The results show:(1)The necessary and sufficient conditions of the single antecedent variable show that each single variable is a non-necessary and sufficient condition for high-supply perception,and multiple univariate combined paths become the optimal strategy to promote the improvement of tourists'supply perception.(2)The configuration combination of tourists'high-supply perception can be summarized into three types:traffic sensitive,management sensitive and insensitive,which are mutually substituted and parallelled.Traffic sensitive type emphasizes providing tourists with efficient and convenient tourist transportation facilities,while management sensitive type emphasizes tourists'attention to safety and administrative services,and insensitive type presents tourists'comprehensive demands for the construction of festival and event tourism public service.In addition,tourists are highly sensitive to the univariate negative"specific situation".(3)The tourism advisory service variable does not exist in the high-supply perception and the low-supply perception,and has the characteristic of two-way sensitivity.All configurations have no same core conditions and all univariates have complementarity and coordination in promoting tourists'high-supply perception,which also become an important factor affecting tourists'revisit and active recommendation.In terms of theoretical contribution,first of all,this study effectively combined the development characteristics of festival and event tourism public service with the content of national tourism public service planning,and clearly defines the five dimensions of the perception of public service supply in festival and event tourism,which is beneficial to improve the theoretical framework of festival and event tourism public service.Secondly,it reveals the configuration combination of high-supply perception and low-supply perception of festival and event tourism public service,and provides ideas for studying the influence mechanism of the perception of public service supply in festival and event tourism.Finally,it proposed that tourists'perception of public service supply in festival and event tourism have a specific situation,which will provide a corresponding theoretical basis for the research on the formation of the perception of public service supply in festival and event tourism.
