摘要
高校是培养人才的摇篮,承担着培养高等人才的重要任务。高校食堂作为学生每日进食的场所,其食品安全关乎学生的身体健康,是保障高校做好育人任务的坚实后盾。如果高校的食品安全管控不力,学生食用后出现问题,就会影响校内秩序的稳定和教学活动的开展。因此,高校食品安全管控至关重要。本文论述了高校食品安全存在的问题,并提出相应的举措为解决高校食品安全问题提供参考。
Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating talents and undertake the important task of cultivating high-level talents.Canteens are the places where college students eat every day,and their food safety is related to students’health,which is a solid backing to ensure that colleges and universities do a good job in educating people.If the food safety of colleges and universities cannot be controlled and students have problems after eating,it will affect the stability of the school and the development of teaching activities.Therefore,it is very important to ensure food safety in colleges and universities and to control food safety issues.This paper briefly analyzes the food safety problems in colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding measures for the reference of food safety problems in colleges and universities.
