摘要
乌龙茶是我国特有的名茶,兼具绿茶的高香气和红茶茶汤的香醇,发源于闽南安溪,制作工艺精湛,独具风格,因此受到人们的喜爱。做青是乌龙茶生产加工的关键工序,直接关系到乌龙茶制作的品质。本文分析了乌龙茶做青的工艺技术,以供参考。
Oolong tea is a unique famous tea in China.It has both the high aroma of green tea and the mellow aroma of black tea soup.It originated in Anxi,Southern Fujian.It has exquisite workmanship and unique style,so it is loved by people.Making green tea is the key process of Oolong tea production and processing,which is directly related to the quality of Oolong tea production.This paper analyzes the technology of making green oolong tea for reference.
