摘要 目的:评定液相色谱法测定茶叶中茶氨酸含量的不确定度。方法:依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012),找出《茶叶中茶氨酸的测定 高效液相色谱法》(GB/T 23193—2017)实验过程中影响检测结果的关键因素,对该方法不确定度进行综合评定。结果:高效液相色谱法测定茶叶中茶氨酸的含量不确定度为0.009 9,茶叶中茶氨酸的报告值为(15.16±0.30)g/kg。结论:通过对液相色谱法测定茶叶中茶氨酸的含量实验中各个因素产生的不确定度进行综合评定,找到了测定过程中的关键影响因素为标准曲线和仪器的精密度,对提高数据的准确性具有重要意义。 Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of Theanine in tea by liquid chromatography.Method:Objective:According to“Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty” (JJF 1059.1—2012),to find out the key factors affecting the test results in the experimental process of “Determination of Theanine in Tea by High Performance Liquid Chromatography”(GB/T 23193—2017),The uncertainty of the method was comprehensively evaluated.Result:The uncertainty of the content of theanine in tea determined by high performance liquid chromatography was 0.009 9,and the reported value of theanine in tea was (15.16±0.30) g/kg.Conclusion:Through a comprehensive evaluation of the uncertainty of various factors in the experiment for the determination of theanine content in tea by high performance liquid chromatography,the key influencing factors in the determination process are found to be the standard curve and the precision of the instrument,which are helpful for improving the data accuracy is important.
