摘要
以提高四轮独立驱动电动汽车的续驶里程为目标,基于电机特性和再生制动原理,提出了一种协调再生制动与ABS的控制方法。分析两轴车再生制动分配原理,设计了一种基于制动强度的再生制动控制策略;将电液复合制动控制方法与基于滑移率变化的ABS控制方法相结合,制定了基于稳定性的再生制动与ABS协调控制策略,充分发挥电机制动优势,回收更多制动能量。同时在CarSim和Matlab/Simulink联合仿真平台进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明:制定的协调控制方法可合理分配前后轴制动力,缩短制动距离,保证较好的制动能量回馈效果。
With the object of increasing the driving range of four-wheel independent drive electric vehicles,based on the features of the motor and the principle of regenerative braking,a control method of coordinated regenerative braking and ABS is proposed.Analyze the principle of regenerative braking distribution for two-axle vehicles,and design a regenerative braking control strategy based on braking intensity;combining the electro-hydraulic compound brake control method with the ABS control method based on the slip rate change,a stability-based regenerative braking and ABS coordinated control tactic is developed to allow the motor to participate in braking as much as possible to recover more energy.At the same time,CarSim and Matlab/Simulink co-simulation platforms are used for emulation confirmation.The emulation results show that the designed coordinated control tactic can reasonably distribute the braking forces of the front and rear axles,Shorten the braking distance,and ensure a better braking energy feedback effect.
