摘要
基于代际共享理念,在对老旧住区不同年龄段居民户外活动时空规律及环境行为特征分析的基础上,归纳了能够促进代际共享互助的住区户外空间环境特征。提出了“多维链接”的空间更新设计概念,结合对老旧住区既有户外公共空间的类型分析,初步给出了基于代际共享理念的老旧住区户外公共空间适老化更新设计策略,并在上海锦泰苑户外公共空间的更新设计中进行了实践应用。
With the concept of intergenerational sharing,the environmental characteristics of public outdoor spaces in old settlements that facilitate intergenerational sharing are outlined according to a time-space analysis of various age groups’outdoor activities and characteristics of environmental behaviour.Together with a typological analysis of the public outdoor spaces in old settlements,a strategy for the aging-friendly renewal of public outdoor spaces in old settlements in accordance with the concept of intergenerational sharing is proposed and applied in the renovation of public outdoor spaces in Jintaiyuan,Shanghai.
