摘要
由于动物种类的差异、环境影响等一系列因素导致从动物身上剥下的毛皮边缘参差不齐,使得皮革在加工过程中需要以人为主,严重制约了制革工艺的自动化。为减轻工人的劳动强度,提出用机械手代替人工完成皮革的搬运、铺平、绷展等工作。通过试验平台模仿机械手对皮革进行多点拉伸,研究不同拉伸位置和不同拉力对皮革面积变化的影响,从而找出机械手合适的抓取位置及拉伸方式。结果表明,皮革垂直于背脊线方向受到拉伸时的面积变化要大于沿着背脊线头尾方向的面积变化。在整体受到拉伸时,其面积变化主要是由于皮革横向的拉伸引起的,该试验对抓取机械手的设计具有重要意义。
Due to a series of factors such as the difference of animal species and environmental impact, the edges of fur peeled from animals are uneven, which makes the leather need to be dominated by people in the processing process and seriously restricts the automation of tanning process. In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers, it is proposed to use manipulator instead of manual to complete the handling, flatten and stretching the leather. In order to find out the suitable grasping position of the manipulator, the multi-point stretching of leather was simulated by the experimental platform, and the effects of different stretching positions and different pulling forces on the leather area were studied. The results show that the area change of the leather body when both sides are stretched is greater than that along the head and tail of the spine line. When the whole leather is stretched, the area change is mainly caused by the stretching of both sides of the leather body. This experiment is of great significance to the design of manipulator.
