Study on Measurement Accuracy of Outsole Wear Resistance

摘要 本文主要阐述了压力与磨耗角度对鞋底耐磨试验结果的影响,选取5双微孔发泡鞋底的成鞋为试验对象,根据GB/T 3903.2—2017进行测试。分别选取了0.49 N、0.98 N、2.45 N、4.90 N、7.35 N 5种压力和4种鞋底磨耗角度0°、7.5°、15°、30°测试5双微孔发泡鞋底的耐磨性能之间的差异。试验表明,随着磨轮对试样施加压力的增加,磨痕长度变长;随着样品与水平面形成的磨耗角度的增加,磨痕长度变小,压力与磨耗角度两种参数对磨痕长度有明显的影响。 This paper mainly expounded the influence of the pressure exerted by the grinding wheel on the test sample and wear angle on the wear-resisting test results of sole,five pairs of microcellular foaming material soles were selected as testing objects,wear resistance test of sole was carried out according to GB/T 3903.2-2017.Five kinds of pressure(0.49 N,0.98 N,2.45 N,4.90 N,7.35 N)and four kinds of soles wear angles(0°,7.5°,15°,30°)were selected respectively to test the difference of wear resistance of five pairs of microcellular foamed soles.Results shows that with the wear-resistant test wheel on the specimen pressure increases,the length of the wear mark becomes longer.As with the wear angle formed between the sample and the horizontal plane increases,the length of the wear mark reduces.Two parameters of the pressure exerted by the grinding wheel and the wear angle both have obvious effects on the length of the wear mark.
